2. Product Information
2.1 Handmade Disclaimer
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, size, and design may occur. These variations are not defects but are characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.
2.2 Material Information
All items are made from 925 sterling silver unless otherwise specified. Any details regarding gemstones, mixed materials, or special techniques used in crafting will be provided in the product description.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Sterling UK and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Apple Pay. Your payment details are handled securely, and we do not store payment information on our servers.
3.3 Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee availability of the item. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative.
3.4 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy
We ship domestically from Stockport, UK. Shipping rates and times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method, which will be displayed at checkout.
4.2 Processing Time
Please allow 5 business days for order processing. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, as specified in the product listing.
4.3 Customs and Duties
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may be imposed by the destination country. This is not available at present but we are hoping it will be a service we can offer in the future.
4.4 Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via the 'contact form' for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
5.3 Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.
5.4 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
6. Product Care and Warranty
6.1 Jewellery Care
Proper care instructions for each piece will be provided with your purchase. Silver by Golden is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or care.
6.2 Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, designs, text, and branding, are the intellectual property of Silver by Golden. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Silver by Golden is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability shall not exceed the total value of your purchase.
