Shipping & Returns

At Silver by Golden we are pleased to offer free delivery within the UK with an option for you to pay for an upgrade to special delivery if needed. For orders outside the UK we use Royal Mail International Tracked, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

Please note products are made to order and each item has a different crafting time. Please refer to the product pages for further details. Once crafted the estimated transit times for postage are given below;-

UK - 2 to 3 working days

EU - 3 to 5 working days

Rest of world - 3 to 14 working days

Notes for International Orders

Our  products are sold in pounds sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis.The recipient may be required to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or upon delivery. Additional taxes, fees, or levies may be applicable under local legislation and customers are advised to verify these details themselves prior to placing an order.

For EU customers we do not have an ISOSS number, so you may need to pay for the aforementioned fees as well.

Return & Exchange Policy

Silver by Golden are more than happy to provide an exchange or refund if you contact us within 14 days of delivery, given that the item/s are returned in their original condition i.e. the items are undamaged and returned with all original packaging and attachments intact. Please note that bespoke, custom or personalised orders, as well as orders altered to the customers request, are not eligible for a refund.ā€‹

 

Return Address

 

For the return address please get in touch with us, via the contact page (link in footer), to make sure item is eligible for return. It is essential to request proof of post and to use a tracked shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.ā€‹

 

Refund Processingā€‹

 

If everything is in order upon receipt of your returned item you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed by us. Please note that the refund payment may take up to 10 workings days to reach your account.ā€‹

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

ā€‹If you receive an item from Silver by Golden that appears to be damaged or faulty please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If the item needs to be returned you will initially have to cover the cost of shipping but if up on inspection the fault is ours we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement piece. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 workings days to appear in your account. Please note that this policy does not extend to items damaged caused by were and tear, accidental damage or improper use and care. In such circumstances an item will not be considered faulty and a refund will not be possible.ā€‹
